I am looking for clients who are ready to make a change. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, or just need a safe place to talk about what is happening in your life. Let's work together to create the space you need to move forward. My goal is to work in collaboration with you to find skills and tools that work for you to create solutions to the issues that you bring to therapy. I understand that sometimes the need is just to find space to share and talk about what is bothering you, that is ok. Other times you have tried everything to solve the problem on your own and you need support to find the solution.
